Located on the ground level, step outside the sliders to the private patio which overlooks the white sandy beach. Access to the refreshing Atlantic waters is easy as the beach access is only a few feet away from the patio. Colony Beach Club 102 is perfect for families or those looking for a condo with easy access to the beach.
Sit back and relax after a long day at the beach and enjoy the oceanfront living room with a cozy chair, sofa sleeper, loveseat, and large smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and features everything you'll need to prepare your favorite island delight. Meals with family and friends can be enjoyed with a view of the ocean and features seating for 6-7.
Wake up every morning as you watch the waves roll in from the oceanfront master suite featuring a queen size bed, smart TV, and private master bath with a walk-in shower and granite counter vanity. The 2nd bedroom features a full-size bed with a twin-size pullout (sleeps 3). The 2nd full bath, located in the hallway, features a tub/shower.
This lovely condo features all the comforts of home including a washer/dryer(located inside the patio closet), cable TV, WiFi, and all your linens are supplied. Amenities include 2 pools with paved pool decks(1 heated during the winter months), shuffleboard courts, oceanfront sun decks, a gas bar-b-que grill, and a picnic area. Within walking distance is a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet.

Very nice stay only complaints was very low water pressure and the mattress in the ocean side bedroom was very uncomfortable from being worn out.

Nice little condo in a beautiful location! Close enough to the city to have things at a reasonable distance but far enough away that it wasn't crowded. Easy access to the no drive beach just steps outside the back door! Loved the covered parking! It could use a little updating, leaky faucets, and the screen door doesn't quite close all the way, due to the erosion from the salt, but not anything that affected the stay and expected due to the location. Check in and out was easy. Washer/dryer on the back patio. Couches and beds were comfy.

It was just as expected. Minor inconvenience with next door renovation. Would have liked a view from the bedroom, but bad window. Overall a lovely condo with a fabulous location.

This property was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. It was stocked with all the beach equipment and laundry machine. Check out process was a bit difficult with the parking passes and having to leave the beach by 9am when we wanted to stay the day.
