Our unit is located in Mountain View Condos-which was voted BEST CONDOS IN PIGEON FORGE for both 2016 and 2017. Our unit is located on the ground floor
( no stairs) , walk straight to the condo. From the back patio you can enjoy peaceful Mountain Views during the days and the lights of the Parkway after dark.
LOCATION! LOCATION ! LOCATION! Mountain View is located right beside Country Tonite Theater and Dunkin Donuts. Mountain View is also less than a mile to the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, WonderWorks, Hollywood Wax Museum, Titanic Museum and the Local Goat Restaurant.It's less than 1.5 miles to the Tanger Outlets Mall, Apple Barn,
Cider Mill and The Island at Pigeon Forge. The condo is 2 miles from Le'Conte Center and straight up the Parkway to Gatlinburg . At the main road there is a trolley stop that will take you throughout the local area
( including Dollywood).
This two bedroom and two bath condo is newly remodeled and provides plenty of space to enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay. There are 9' ceilings (except the kitchen) and crown molding in the living room and dining room areas.
You will enjoy the split floor plan of our condo as you take advantage of the amenities that make you feel welcome and interested in returning for your next getaway.
The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances which include, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee makers(one which is a Keurig with samples) along with all the utensils you need to prepare meals.
The living room has abundant seating and a cozy electric fireplace. Kickback in the new couch and love seat recliners and watch the 55" 4K Smart TV mounted above the mantle.
The master bedroom has a 43" 4K Smart Tv for watching while relaxing in the king-size bed with a brand new Serta mattress and new bedding. Light blocking drapes make it easy to sleep late in the morning. The master bath includes a granite double-sink vanity, with a gorgeous large full glass walk in shower.
The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds with all new bedding and a new 32" TV. Blackout drapes, along with a ceiling fan add to your comfort. There is a full bath attached with a tub/shower combination and granite-topped vanity.
The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer, laundry detergent and fabric softer samples are provided.
Free WiFi is available throughout the condo( no password required).If you have a Netflix account or Disney Plus account , you can watch those in the living room and master bedroom.
The building has centrally located guest carts to aid in handling your luggage or purchases from a day of shopping.
Mountain View offers an indoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool( plenty of lounger chairs for sunbathing) a 17 person hot tub, kiddy pool play area, a basketball court, volleyball net, horseshoe pits, cornhole, grills with picnic areas, and 2 play structures for the kids. There is also a quarter-mile walking trail bordered by seating areas.

The condo was fabulous!!! The location,- excellent!!! Jessica was the best! She was very prompt about returning messages. The only small complaint was the heated pool. The water was like warm and the temperature inside the enclosure was cold. I would recommend this place 100%!!! I want to rent this place again next year for my granddaughter's birthday.

This condo had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The space was clean and organized, everything you’d need to cook in the kitchen was there! The appliances were beautiful and updated. The living room was cozy and warm, appreciate the large recliners and cozy fireplace. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms were decorated wonderfully. The master shower was fantastic, always had plenty of hot water. The guest bathroom was very nice as well. The only complaint I have is that I wish we could’ve stayed a few more days! The host is wonderful and very communicative as well! Will definitely be back again!
