The unit was quite outdated with lots of deferred maintenance. Location good but many things needed work — dishwasher broken so spent vacation washing dishes for 8 people! Clothes dryer required 4 cycles to dry even a few owns. Spiral staircase to upper two bedrooms awfully precarious.
