About this house rental

Private Dock at the end of large private shady yard with patio overlooking a quiet peacful cove. Unwind and relax on Monkey Island near Shangri-La and Tera Miranda. 3 Br house with Master quarters, house sleeps 6 (up to 12 with sofa sleepers and futon) and includes two outdoor patios one is covered and one is perched looking over the cove. Bring your golf cart and enjoy the cart path trails over the island right to the house. The quiet neighborhood includes a private boat ramp and pull your boat (less than 26 ft) right up to the private dock. If it is a v-hull then there is a boat lift to raise it out of the water.

This was a very clean and great location on Monkey Island/Afton Ok. Great location on the lake. Easy to get to the laid back side of the lake or the busy side of the lake by boat. Even better hop in the car and head to Shangri-la or Grove. Patricia was great to work with and was very responsive to our needs.

This is a nice property. Beautiful yard and spacious deck, view of water limited. Kitchen an bathrooms clean, beds comfortable. Nice laundry room. We experienced a few minor problems and property management responded promptly. Would consider staying here again.

Great place with a lot of room and good boat dock with boat lift. Only thing would be nice to have a ladder on boat dock for people to get out of water when boat is not there
