Beyond your backyard, Windsor at Westside gives you access to a lazy river, sports courts, fitness area, arcade, and on-site market. You can also use the amenities at Windsor Palms, including a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, water slide, and tiki bar.
Good To Know
There's a workspace in the second bedroom and fast Wi-Fi throughout most of the house. The washer and dryer are in-unit, so pack light. Free parking is available on the premises, and self check-in via lockbox makes arrival easy. The home is two stories, so keep the stairs in mind if mobility is a concern. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least 7 days before check-in. Starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and toiletries are provided to get you settled in.

Getting Around:
All guests are required to pay a $20 fee per vehicle, with no exceptions. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers.

Pool
- Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.
What You'll Find When You Arrive
- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.
Good to Know Before You Arrive
- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.
- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)

From the time we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised the home was far more than what we expected, it definitely exceeded all our expectations would recommend this home to family and friends wonderful time also got a chance to go to SeaWorld in between dipping in the pool and jacuzzi and evening barbecues, by the way also got plenty of rest would recommend to everybody.

We stayed at this property with our extended family and had lots of space in this conveniently located home. It sits on the corner, has a nice view of the pond, and is close to the club house. Upon arrival, the code for the front door did not work and maintenance needed to be called. They responded quickly without issue. The hot tub was unusable for the first two days because it would begin to drain when it was turned on. Since maintenance only takes emergency calls on Sundays, we had to wait an additional day for repairs. The game room was a nice amenity, however all but one game was unuseable due to lack of or damaged equipment. The property manager sent some supplies to the home but they did not arrive until 4 days after we arrived. We appreciated the property manger's responsiveness throughout the week.
