Sauber, ruhig.
Hinweise: Das Bett ist am Kopfende nicht mehr komplett zusammen gesteckt/geschraubt, der „Haken“ für das Handtuch ist seit 2021 lose und fällt seitlich hinaus, leider kein WLAN.

A perfect little, clean and well equipped apartment for good value! I was traveling by car, so the remote location wasn't a problem. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and checkout. Would come back again.
I'm a pretty sensitive person and I could hear other guests next door.

sometimes the internet didn't have coverage but it was very fast. I did’t know that there is no parking at the apartment, and it is not easy to find a free parking space on the street.
