However, upon their arrival, they will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:
For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel, and a shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, food items and cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Note: The Internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.

El alojamiento en general, instalaciones, mobiliario, ubicación,…
No fue posible alquilar una plaza adicional de parking. Se dejó únicamente un rollo de papel higiénico por baño para una estancia de 4 días en la casa, lo comentamos y se nos dijo que era el “kit básico”. Creo que un alojamiento de esta categoría no tiene sentido no cuidar estos detalles que suponen una incomodidad, y económicamente no es material…

Hemos pasado 4 noches en el apartamento. El estado general del mismo nos ha impresionado, todo está como nuevo y perfectamente limpio. Teníamos pensado llegar a las 17 horas, tal como indican en las instrucciones cuando alquilas, pero debido a que estaba nevando y la carretera estaba bastante mal, tuvimos que adelantar la entrada. En la oficina no nos pusieron ningún problema y pudimos acceder al momento al apartamento. Por lo demás todo funcionó a la perfección y disfrutamos de unos días geniales.
