The second and third floors are entirely at your disposal and the living room with its cosy fireplace is the ideal place to get together after a long day in the beautiful region. The accommodation is heated modernly and the lovingly decorated with lots of wood makes you feel immediately welcome. The bedroom in the open loft cannot be closed off. Come in soon!

For winter sports fans, this property has a central location in relation to the ski resorts of Kirchberg-Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn gondola about 2 km away) and Bramberg-Neukirchen (Smaragdbahn ski lift about 2 km away). The ski bus stops right in front of the house!

In spring, summer and autumn, this region offers the most beautiful walks, cycling and mountain bike rides through untouched nature. Want to cool down on a hot summer day? There is already a swimming pool 500 metres from the house. The famous Großglockner, as well as the Krimmler Wasserfälle, are nearby and are both definitely worth a visit
