Disappointing.

Clean.

WiFi didn’t work, which also meant you couldn’t watch the tv, as it was a smart tv. I contacted the owner who confirmed the WiFi didn’t work, and he gave me an alternative after asking if I actually needed WiFi, which I did for work, but the alternative worked for about 5 mins and then wouldn’t connect. If you know the selling points of the flat don’t work, tell the customer and give them the option of cancelling and renting elsewhere! I only ever book accommodation with WiFi as I work on a laptop.

Comfortable appartment with a bio shop next door!

We didn't expect breakfast. The location was exelent - out of the city, but within walking distance (half an hour), on the 9th floor away from traffic noise, with a nice view to the mountains from the living room, nice furnitures and a huge BioCoop shop just around the corner!

The non-slip pans and pots in the kitchen.

Modern Rooms in outskirts of Grenoble

Was nice modern apartment, plenty of balcony space to enjoy the weather, nice views of the mountains, simple check in process and didn't notice the other guests too much.

A bit out of the way for Grenoble itself and not much going on in Fontaine. Did realise the booking was a shared apartment.

It's a very misleading property and I'm surprised Booking.com allows such a property to be rented

Nothing: this was flase advertisement, this isn't a hotel, it's a shared flat with different rooms rented out!

Complete misinformation on the room, it's a shared bathroom, a single room in a shared flat. You can't contact the owners because the voicemail is full.

A clean 3 room flat in a suburb

The place is very clean and is styled well in quite a neutral and tasteful way.

Booking has pushed it to my list of options with a "private bathroom" filter on. Sadly the place was a usual 3 room flat with a shared kitchen and a shared shower. Amenities were kept, clean, but the guests I stayed with have spent all day long in the living room sofa with some mess in the kitchen. Coming home felt a bit like invading their privacy. The location is relatively distant, but walkable. 40-50e a night is a great price for this place!

All was excelent.

Excellent accommodation, luxurious equipment and professional approach of the owner of the apartment, who helped us remotely with accommodation when Booking notified us twice, but did not send instructions for accommodation and we stayed on the street for a long time. Booking instructions of the messenger with a long delay, only at 8.30 p.m., when thanks to the owner we were already at the accommodation. I warmly recommend this accommodation to everyone! It meets even the greatest demands.

The place is warm, shower with a good pressure, overall clean.

the room is in a shared apartment with shared bathroom. this was not clear for me in the booking process. Additionally we arrived in the evening and since there are no signs on the doors, we had to open all of them to find the bathroom and we accidentally opened someone else’s room. it was a awkward.

Une honte . J ai réservé une chambre qui sur l annonce était dans un hôtel pas dans un immeuble très mal placé en gros dans une citée . Je demande un remboursement intégral de cette réservation dont je n ai pas prise suite à une annonce d escroquerie
