Dropping the keys off at a different location. Paying a $350 security deposit, which was not disclosed in booking.com

The facilities were great, fully stock kitchen was super nice. Loved the view and communication with the host was super easy and they were always nice.

The beds can be a little uncomfortable but it's only for a night or two so it didn't really affect us too much

Definitely will come back! Great location, beautiful place and comfy bed

The property was a good size

Our stay started off on the wrong foot with the parking allocated being used by another vehicle and all visitor parking taken . no one around to fix the situation, I actually think the owners advertise free parking knowing full well that the parking won’t be available. Otherwise they would have used the parking lot lock?? we waisted 1 1/2 trying to find where to park - ended up on the street The beds were the hardest I’ve ever slept on the mattresses were terrible. The blinds where very poor for blocking the light. one bedroom didn’t have a blind on the door to the balcony and light shone directly on the head of the bed. The blanket & couch in the lounge were dirty and the lounge really needed more seating for an apartment that slept 4 people. There was no tea/coffee milk supplies - normally there is a small amount to at least be able to have a cup on arrival. I think it has the makings of a good short stay accommodation but needs to step up on comfort level
