It worked great for us we were there for the rodeo and it is walking distance. Extremely clean, would definitely recommend.

Very centric, quiet and well furnish. Dog park is a plus. Recommended for families - easy commute to Medical Center and 610 loop. Walking around the property might not be safe at night, but good grocery options in the surroundings.

We were there just shy of a week.
The Good:
1. Walking distance to two good grocery stores
2. Close to MD Anderson hospital
3. Mostly quiet (one night woke up at 4am to loud conversation in the outside courtyard)
The Bad:
1. Sparse cooking utensils (had to purchase measuring cups and spoons and a baking sheet)
2. Bar soap (with no dish)
3. Used sponges for dish cleaning
4. No dishwasher detergent
5. Key fob did not work to access door from garage to floor
and the some of the FIRE doors in hallways were wedged open with cardboard.
