Not so pleasant experience - if you book with short notice

we did not stayed there

For me the experience was negative. And the story goes like this: we booked the apartment the night before (Wednesday evening) and left the next morning at 6:30 (details for check in came around midnight). I did not have time to check all the details for the check-in for the house, since, during the day, I was in the car and drove the whole time. We arrived in Lerici around 4PM. We managed to find a way to the house, but since the road is very narrow, we decided to park the car first at the Pugliola parking lot. We left everything in the car, because first we wanted to see where the apartment is, and allow my wife and son to go to the bathroom. I was supposed to go back later to get the luggage. But when we arrived and I called to ask for instructions, I was told that I had to complete the check-in first and only then would I receive instructions to enter. What annoyed us was that the call was abruptly interrupted with the explanation that I had to complete the check-in. The checkin consists in online photos of all documents and live pictures of all persons who stay there (including childrens). No willingness to find an easy solution, nor to listen until the end. I had the feeling that whoever was on the phone did not try to listen and work together to find a solution. I would have uploaded the documents at the end, only when I called, some of the documents were in the car, in the parking lot 1 km away. It would have been more convenient to check in sitting at a table inside the apartment instead of doing it in front of the door on a hot afternoon. We were supposed to be on vacation and having a quiet time. And this after the money was withdrawn so easily, without the need for documents. That's what I felt. I just wanted to settle my wife and son first, after a 10 hour drive, and then complete the check in, and then go get the luggage.

the Access by car is on very narrow streets, but it has its own parking which is a plus. you have to drive to the beach and there the parking is pricy. the towels … they were cool but they were more like rags … there are works in the building which makes access a little sketchy. but there is not real problem…

Tolle und schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir waren Mitte Oktober dort. Die Wohnnung ist groß und geräumig und prima ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch die Heizung funktionierte hervorragend. Leider gibt es keinen Balkon, aber die Aussicht ist dennoch hervorragend und beeindruckend. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist nicht ganz einfach. Da bei Google-Maps keine bzw. eine verwirrende Ansicht vorhanden ist, ist es empfehlenswert unten vor der Einfahrt bei der Villa Rezzola das Auto in der Nähe kurz zu parken und den Weg in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß hochzugehen, um sich das anzuschauen. Die Straßen sind eng, aber wir kamen mit unserem Kompaktwagen gut durch. Der Parkplatz ist ruhig und sicher. Die Schlüsselübergabe in der Box funktionierte prima. Bei der Ausschreibung und Buchung stand, dass jemand zur Wohnungsübergabe bei Anreise da ist. Nach der Buchung (ohne Storno-Möglichkeit) bekamen wir von der Vermietungsagentur die Nachricht, dass wir ein Selfie von uns mit vorgehaltenem Ausweis auf das Portal hochladen sollten (!!!). Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, ... Dass diese Art der Legitimation sicher sein und Mietmissbrauch verhindern soll, möchte ich sehr bezweifeln. Das war so nicht angegeben bei der Buchung. Auf wiederholte Rückfragen bei Booking.com gab es keine Antworten, was wir sehr enttäuschend fanden. Da das Hochladen auf der Internetseite der Vermieteragentur nicht funktionierte, gab sich die Agentur dann doch mit den Angaben einer einfachen Onlinemeldung zufrieden. Das war zuletzt dann alles unproblematisch ... die Aufregung wäre aber vermeidbar gewesen mit einem einfachen und üblichen Online-Check-In. Von der Wohnung kann man auch zu Fuß nach Lerici runter gehen. Rechts neben der Bushaltestelle Bellavista gibt es einen schönen und ruhigen Fußweg, auf dem man in 20 Minuten am Hafen ist. Zurück fahren viele Busse, teilweise auch gratis. Gerne wieder ... aber ohne Selfie mit Ausweis!!!

Die Angaben bei der Buchung zum Einchecken in die Wohnung und die zweifelhafte Legitimation mit Selfie und Ausweis hochladen haben uns überhaupt nicht gefallen.

non lo consiglio a nessuno, non ci torneremo e peccato che si possono mettere solo 4 foto!!!

cose positive: - la vista è davvero bellissima - abbastanza spazioso per due persone - molto attrezzata a livello di utensili -i proprietari sono stati gentili (li abbiamo conosciuti SOLO perché c’erano problemi nella casa)

cose negative: - la porta d’ingresso fa fatica ad aprirsi - la tv sono più le volte che non prende (quando piove non puoi fare molto altro) - i muri sono quasi tutti sporchi sia all’interno dell’appartamento che all’interno del condominio, con una puzza di muffa all’ingresso esagerata (l’ingresso del condominio è conciato davvero male) - pieno di ragnatele e ragni - fa veramente tanto caldo e i ventilatori in dotazione non fanno aria, né c’è aria condizionata (l’unica cosa che si può sperare è la sera lasciando le finestre aperte, che faccia un minimo di corrente) - ci sono gli utensili si, ma tutti unti e sporchi! ( i proprietari sono andati a prenderci delle padelle nuove!) - le finestre quando piove perdono acqua!! abbiamo passato la seconda notte di soggiorno SVEGLI a fare le ronde per tappare l’acqua che entrava da tutte le finestre per il temporale ( i proprietari sono venuti dopo la segnalazione a sistemare tutte le guarnizioni, una ad una) NON ABBIAMO RICEVUTO NESSUN TIPO DI RIMBORSO PER QUESTO - l’acqua dei rubinetti (cucina, bagno e doccia)A CASO SMETTE DI FUNZIONARE PER UN PO’ - trovato in camera uno scorpione vivo - gli asciugamani presenti in struttura trovati sporchi di sangue e peli/capelli - la posizione è davvero brutta, per raggiungere il mare ci vogliono 30 minuti di strada a piedi, in discesa RIPIDA all’andata e in SALITA RIPIDA al ritorno, con la metà della strada senza lampioni, stretta e in mezzo ad un “boschetto”, da far paura la notte MA, noi purtroppo l’abbiamo scoperto solo il penultimo giorno che c’è la NAVETTA VERDE (almeno per il periodo estivo) che da giù, davanti a dove si fanno i biglietti per i tuor delle 5 terre, ogni 30 minuti dalle 8.

Spezielle sehr schöne Wohnung weiter oben über Lerici mit sehr vielen Fenster - Postkartenblick.

Die Lage ist besonders. Aussicht über die ganze Bucht. Ausserhalb der ZTL Zone. Kostenloser Shuttle Bus Haltestelle nach Lerice ca. 300m entfernt. Pluspunkt eigener Parkplatz, ca. 40m von der Wohnung. Straße zum Haus eng, aber mit einem Golf 8 Variant Kombi war es machbar. Wir fanden die Wohnung toll.

Appartamento nuovo,pulito con quasi tutto il necessario. Ottimo panorama.

L'appartamento è sprovvisto di antiscivolo nella doccia. Per chi ha problemi con le zanzare, dovrebbe munirsi di scalda piastrine anti zanzare perché di notte non si dorme a causa loro. Il contatto per arrivare sul posto è stato pessimo in quanto ,le indicazioni,le hanno date solo dopo quando sul posto abbiamo chiamato. Stradine molto strette che con un SUV qualsiasi non si passa. Inoltre non ci avevano avvisato che è tutta Ztl. La scelta della vietta che abbiamo fatto non era quella corretta e ho graffiato mezza fiancata dell'auto.

Posizione e vista eccezionali

Nella ciotola, sotto alle istruzioni della casa c’erano briciole di pane, ma in generale l’appartamento era pulito ma polveroso. Sono allergica alla polvere e ho starnutito per tutto il tempo.

Spettacolare...

Posizione strepitosa, sulle alture di Lerici con vista Golfo dei Poeti, alloggio molto accogliente, dotato di tutto, arredato con gusto. Altro punto molto positivo: parcheggio privato nei pressi della casa, si può scendere a Lerici a piedi ed esiste anche servizio navetta per il ritorno, nel caso in cui non si abbia voglia di scarpinare in salita. Zona assolutamente tranquilla e piacevole .

Nulla in particolare, l'unica cosa a cui prestare attenzione è la stradina per arrivare al parcheggio, molto stretta (ma è correttamente segnalato in fase di prenotazione). Per quanto riguarda l'alloggio manca un balcone / terrazzo che rappresenterebbe la ciliegina sulla torta, vista la bellezza della posizione in cui si trova (anche se è presente al piano sottostante un terrazzo che però CREDO sia di utilizzo dei proprietari).
