Welcome to our luxurious chalet in popular Kirchberg in Tyrol. Enjoy ultimate convenience due to its central location. Inside, a trendy interior awaits with industrial concrete floors, wooden doors and a modern high-gloss kitchen with cooking island. Relax in the cosy living room with fireplace and enjoy delicious meals in the separate dining room. Recently renovated in 2020, you will feel right at home here. The chalet offers complete privacy, ideal for an unforgettable holiday!
After a day on the skis, a very spacious and luxurious ski room (30m2) with ski boot warmers is available to change into. This ensures dry and warm feet when you hit the slopes the next day. There is also a large garage for 2 cars and another 3 outdoor parking spaces at your disposal.
For winter sports enthusiasts, Kirchberg is "the place to be". From the village, you can take the new Fleckalmbahn, the Maierlbahn or the Pengelstein to the pistes of Kitzbühel
In summer, Kirchberg is also a lovely place to be. Hikers can enjoy themselves here with over 500 kilometres of well-maintained and signposted hiking trails. Lots of golf courses within 30 km of the chalet and mountain bikers can enjoy all the wonderful trails and surprising tours. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the Badesee that is just a 5-minute walk from the chalet. There are 2 slides, a swimming pool, wading pool and a beautiful sunbathing area and you can rent a boat

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted

Our family (myself, my wife, our three adult children, their spouses and our three grandchildren) had a wonderful Christmas week at Chalet Kirchberg am Bach. The house had room to spare for our group of 11, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare, serve and enjoy meals. We loved lighting a fire in the fireplace every evening, and barely made a dent in the enormous supply of firewood.The ski room was a godsend: everyone was able to get into and out of their ski gear without tracking into the house. And the automatic boot dryer made sure that everyone's gear was warm, dry and comfortable day after day.The path along the stream is accessible through a gate in the yard and we enjoyed using it to get into town or head into the countryside. And did we mention that the house is only a few minutes away from a bakery, grocery store and ski lifts?In conclusion, we could not have asked for a more perfect house in which to gather for Christmas. We highly recommend this property.

We had a good holiday. There is a lot of space in the accommodation and it works well for 3 families. However, there is no boot room, no facilities for dry ski gear etc which is not acceptable for the amount of money you have to pay.
