i like the suite, bed is comfy and the room is so cozy
the shower head was not functioning during my stay so we had to use the shower rain from bath tub only

encountered problem during check in as my booking number was registered as already checked in even though i’ve never checked in before. probably a system glitch. it didn’t help the fact that the place had no reception counter or staff to directly assist on the spot. just happened that one of their manager was around at that time that we managed to get it sorted.
another major turnoff was that the place was incredibly noisy during my stay as they were doing a renovation just next to my room. it was really distressing as it lasted for a good whole evening and i wasn’t able to sleep and rest.
