Group house with barbecue hut for 16 people in Hahnenklee

We’d love to welcome you to our second, completely renovated house in the health resort of Hahnenklee, known for its therapeutic climate.
The K.Homes Second Harz House is the second of our three group houses in the Harz Mountains. This townhouse in a green setting, with a view of the Bocksberg, is only about a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian zone and the town’s chairlift. This means you’ll enjoy a quiet yet central location. The town offers plenty of recreational activities and attractions for the whole family.
The historic imperial city of Goslar is only 17 km away and definitely worth a visit
.
The main entrance leads to the first floor of the house, where the living area is located. The kitchen, dining area with a fireplace, and TV lounge area feature an open-concept design.
The fully equipped kitchen with sturdy marble countertops invites you to cook, the dining area with a fireplace invites you to gather comfortably, and the TV lounge with its long seating areas invites you to relax and watch TV.
From the dining area, a sliding door leads to the living room with a TV and balcony. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the mountain landscape
as well as the ski slope. A spiral staircase leads directly from here to the garden on the 3,000-square-meter property. Here, you’ll discover the highlight of this accommodation.
First, there’s a “Grillkota”—a log cabin with a swivel grill in the center and a bench encircling it completely—so rainy, unpleasant, cold weather, or darkness won’t stop you from grilling. Or if that doesn’t convince you, perhaps the second log cabin—which is a sauna house—will.
In the garden, you’ll find plenty of seating for everyone, as well as a grill. There’s plenty of space for the kids to run around. On the first floor of the house, there’s also a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 people. The lower bunk measures 140x200 cm and the upper bunk 90x200 cm.
On the upper floor, you’ll find 3 more bedrooms. A spacious bathroom with a shower is available on this floor. Bluetooth speakers are installed under the stretch ceiling in this bathroom. So you can sing in the shower while listening to your own music ;)
Two of the three bedrooms have a 180x200 cm bed, and the third has a bunk bed for 3 people, just like on the first floor. On the first floor, there is another entrance, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a storage closet, and the property’s second sauna.
Two bedrooms are furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, and the third has two 90x200 cm single beds.
In the storage closet, you’ll find games and toys, a cabinet with cleaning supplies, a first-aid kit, an ironing board with an iron, and a fire extinguisher.
The ceiling height on the first floor is slightly lower than normal. You can park approximately 5 vehicles on the property. Additional parking is available right on the street in front of the house.

The bedrooms are spread across two levels
Bedroom 1 on the upper floor: 1 double bed 180x200 cm
Bedroom 2 on the upper floor: 1 double bed 180x200 cm
Bedroom 3 on the upper floor: 1 bunk bed 140x200 cm 90x200 cm

Linen packages
If you’d like to rent duvet covers, bed sheets, shower towels, and hand towels, we offer these in a linen package at cost.
