Location was convenient for me.

Some Doors were hard to open and awkward to use.

I loved it being close to interstate and close to restaurants

Before we even arrived, I received a call regarding a hold being placed on my account because of the condition of the room, which was very concerning and unusual. We had booked the room under the understanding that payment would not be required until we arrived. However, the man who called stated that we were required to pay for incidentals before our arrival and insisted that this was standard hotel procedure. I have stayed at hotels many times, and I have never been required to pay incidentals before even arriving at the property. Typically, incidentals are handled at check-in, so the request felt suspicious and gave me the impression that it could potentially be a scam. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once we arrived. The staff was rude and unprofessional. One staff member questioned us about where we were from and was unnecessarily rude. When we arrived, he did not greet us or acknowledge us at all. Although he was not officially on duty yet, he was standing at the front desk, and completely ignoring arriving guests was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, we were greeted by roaches when we entered the room, and we ended our stay by finding another roach in the shower. This was completely unacceptable and made us extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay. Between the questionable payment request, the rude and unprofessional staff, and the poor condition and cleanliness of the room, this was a very disappointing experience.
