Initially, Although Hotel location seems a little far from Manhattan, transportation opportunities are very accessible. Also breakfast consists of bagel, omelette and cinnamon. They are very unique for first comers in New York.
In my opinion, they should put some water in refrigerators.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to leave early and let my Granddaughter, son and her friend stay. They were able to utilize the shuttle to LGA. Trip to American Museum of Natural History was easy and fairly quick.
C level room (LL/basement) was a bit weird. But, I survived! The room was nice and clean though LOL

Clean comfortable room, clean hot shower, included breakfast decent. Lobby and breakfast area reasonably nice.
Sort of in the middle of nowhere- other than a Dominos no restaurants nearby or pharmacies, grocery stores. Also I stayed 2 nights but my room wasn’t serviced. Airport shuttle took 40 min to arrive at LGA.
