About this house rental
New and spacious villa, built on the principles of Feng Shui, is a perfect place for a pleasant stay with family and friends. Punta Cana Village is located in the most prestigious tourist area of the Dominican Republic, where you can find everything you need for excellent vacation: a private beach, restaurants, a supermarket, a shopping center, a golf course, and etc.
On the 1st floor of the Villa there is a spacious and bright living room, comfortable dining room, kitchen fully equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, blender, microwave oven, etc.), a bedroom with its own bathroom, dressing room and a king-size bed, studio room passing into a terrace overlooking the garden with tropical plants. Here you can cook a BBQ and enjoy drinks or swimming in the pool with your family or friends)))).
On the 2nd floor of the house, there are 2 bedrooms, each has its own bathroom, dressing room and a bed with a queen-size mattress. From the balcony of the second floor overlooking the entire community.

Towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper
Housekeeping, changing towels each 3-4 nights, depends on the period of stay
Information about the beaches that you can visit here:
1. - Playa Blanca beach club & restaurant 5 min by car or you can use the free shuttle bus. The beach has minimum consumption 30$ per adult and 15 $ per child (it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks ), it is luxury and clean place with cheslongs and parasols, showers and WC.
2. - Juanillo beach in 20 min by car, has the bar & restaurant, it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks (has cheslongs and parasols, showers and WC)
3. - Beach club at Hard Rock hotel, 30 min by car, the beach club has minimum consumption 30$ per adults and 15 $ per child (it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks ), it is a luxury and clean place with cheslongs and parasols, showers and WC.
4. - Macao public beach, 30 min by car, don't have a charge but the cheslongs are per extra fee and don't have WC and showers.
5.- The beach restaurant Jellyfish, 25 min by car, there is necessary to buy something at the restaurant or bar to use cheslongs.
