About this house rental
Our vacation home is located about 70 km north of Berlin, in the heart of the beautiful Uckermark region, on a 500 m² natural property nestled among towering pine forests and countless lakes. Access is via a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic, making it very child-friendly. Just 100 m away lies the crystal-clear Lübbesee (a great spot for anglers), which is perfect for a morning swim. On its shore is a natural swimming area with a new floating dock and a bench for guests of all ages. A rowboat is available free of charge for our guests. The spa town of Templin, with its thermal baths, and the Western-themed town of El Dorado are about a 15-minute drive away, where countless shops, stores, and restaurants invite you to linger.
The paths and roads are also well-developed for cyclists (Europaradweg). In the fall, mushroom hunters will be in their element, as alongside chestnuts, chanterelles, birch mushrooms, and crested milk caps, there are massive porcini mushrooms just waiting to be picked. Ideal for nature lovers seeking peace and relaxation.
The vacation home has a living area of 65 m² and is laid out as follows: 40 m² on the first floor and 25 m² in the attic, which is accessible via a separate spiral staircase (low ceiling height: 1.60 m).On the first floor, you’ll find a modern kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), and a living room with a sleeper sofa, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and access to the 25 m² covered outdoor terrace with cozy wicker furniture. In the attic area (Adlernest), there are two additional sleeping areas (0.90 x 2.00 m / 1.40 x 2.00 m), cool beanbag chairs, a dresser, and satellite TV.
In the summer, an air conditioner is available free of charge to our guests to create a pleasant atmosphere in the “Adlernest.”
The cold season (winter) also has its charms—spend the day strolling through the snow or skating a few laps on the frozen Lübbesee. In the evening, round out the day together with a glass of wine by the fireplace.
There is a parking spot on the property for your car.

Eine super Destination für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen.
Das Ferienhaus und der Garten sind liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, durch die große überdachte Terrasse ist auch schlechtes Wetter kein Problem.
Die Vermieter sind supernett und sehr gastfreundlich. Hier werden wir immer wieder gern buchen.

von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hatten wir einen superschönen und entspannten Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank an dieser Stelle an die Vermieter Manu und Andy, die alles tun, um ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Bei mehreren gemeinsamen Abenden auf der Terrasse, umgeben von viel Grün und Vogelgezwitscher sind aus Vermietern Freunde geworden :-) Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt und ist einzigartig.
Wir waren viel mit dem Rad um die zahlreichen Seen der Umgebung unterwegs.
Man muss kaum auf der Straße fahren, da es gut ausgebaute Radwege oder Feld/Waldwege gibt. An wirklich jedem See findet man eine Badestelle, wo man sich oftmals sogar alleine befindet und sich abkühlen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das nahegelegene Templin, in dem der alte Stadtkern von einer Stadtmauer komplett umschlossen ist. Wer auch mit dem Auto die nähere Umgebung erkunden möchte, dem können wir u.a. Schloss Boitzenburg, Schloss Rheinsberg oder die Stadt Lychen empfehlen. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben! Aber alles hat ein Ende, nur die Wurst hat 2 :-)

Von der Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber bis hin zur Verabschiedung es war eine tolle Woche. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und die Gastgeber hatten für alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr und wir konnten uns bei allen Fragen an sie wenden.
