The most recently renovated home on the island, this unit has been completely reimagined and is quite simply, stunning. The entire unit has been redone in the stylings of Neutral Coastal Casual by designers flown in to stay on the island so they could perfectly capture the essence of this island paradise. Step inside and you will feel like you have walked into the pages of Architectural Digest.
This charming abode features all new everything. From the ten-thousand-dollar Cafe style appliance package to the finest thousand thread count sheets, everything in the home is top shelf. Located on the desired “ocean side”, you will be just steps from a private beach, pool and spa. Lounge on the pristine powder-like sugar sand beach or enjoy one of the private palapas as you take in the beautiful one-of-a-kind view of the majestic waters.
This unit comes with the use of high-end golf cart equipped with a blue tooth compatible stereo. You can stream your Bluetooth tunes on your the way to the Trattoria for lunch or the market to pick up food for your day at the beach (DUE TO COVID-19 restrictions, visitors are not currently allowed to use the Island Market or Trattoria). On Island Club Facilities and Restaurants are not available to guests.
This delightful end unit boasts one of the largest balconies in the Seaside Community. It is a perfect location to take in the amazing Miami nights. The elevated balcony is massive. It is high enough to evade the “street noise”, but not so high you have to waste island time waiting on an elevator. Fisher Island is extraordinary. A private high end, but not over-stated, Carribean retreat that is a 10-minute ferry boat ride from everything that is Miami. This apartment is up to date, clean and well kept. The golf cart could use an upgrade and parking is a little confusing. Would be helpful if the host/manager was available by phone (instead of only email).

We loved our stay. The condo offers every comfort imaginable. The only downside was not being able to use the amenities or the grocery store on the island. We had family staying at the hotel for part of our stay so we were able to eat at some of the restaurants which were fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful place for our family to relax!
