Quite budget stay 1 hr away from Mt St Michel

Location in the country-side, 1 hour away from the typical tourist bustles of Mont St. Michel. Host was smiling and accommodating of late check in. Enjoyed the sweet breakfast! Shared toilet and bathroom was quite an experience, reminding us of childhood days!

Not a very luxurious stay over if you are looking for it. Beds not made for above average heighted people. I missed some of the fine print which justified the price point.

Very good

Great, freindly and clean and in the countryside. All staying there had breakfast together which was nice. Out host was very helpfull and freindly both in communicating before visit and when stying there,. The general area is very nice and beautiful when driving around - we found the nearby towns and coastline to be a beautiful place to go around when visiting this part of France. Going a litle south had great views of Mont St. Michel. There was one large duvet, so remember to tell beforrehand if you need two. It is a basic place (clean and relaxed) which is reflectet in the price.

weird and creepy

generally speaking it’s fine. the room was tiny and shared bathroom.

the rules there are quite bizarre. you’re not supposed to use washroom after 10pm as apparently it’s noisy and everybody can hear it. my friend and I got back after sightseeing around 11pm and we took shower. truth is there’s a card on the bathroom asking not to use it later than 10. I was tired and somehow didn’t click but after all it was only shower - no party or loud music playing. just shower. I was woken up in the early morning by somebody purposefully shutting doors. You can say they did that as you could literally feel the vibration and anger. somebody put a lot of effort in closing those doors. when having breakfast the host told us we hadn’t been supposed to take shower that late and she exactly pointed what time we did that. that moment it occurred to me it had to be her. she seemed nice but at this point I don’t understand the action plus we left straight after. I felt really, really awkward.

We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the animals, and the excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed chatting to our host and another guest over breakfast- a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere!
