Very clean, comfortable and lots of extras included.
Not the property fault, but the pub next door does create a lot of noise. Especially emptying bins late at night.

The caravan was well equipped, with comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water for showers. The lounge of our mobile home was spacious too. It is situated behind the village pub, and quite central for days out if you'd a car. All staff were friendly. There was a footpath from the site to the local village hall with football fields and a really good children's playground.
The caravan/mobile home was 'refurbished' and some of the fixtures & fittings had seen better days eg. the dining table & chairs were tatty; the oven dial had no numbers so you didn't know the temperature, one set of blinds were missing etc. (the other 3 c aravans looked to be in better condition, as did the pods with hot tubs).

Owner was very kind and happy to help. Our caravan was very lovely on the inside.
That there is no hot tub with any of the caravans and no utensils for the bbq apart from 1 from a different pod.
