This property is exactly as described. The beautiful ocean view from the kitchen was stunning! Ocean views from every room but one. Smart TV’s in every room. The sand is literally 50 feet or less from house. The location is also fabulous, you feel safe and secure nestled in this high end neighborhood

This was our 2nd year staying here- having the top floor facing the ocean and sitting on the deck is one of our favorite things about this place. The location to Neptune Beach and all its restaurants and bars is perfect. We rented some bikes and went everywhere. Had a fantastic time!

This condo is next to the beach. Fabulous location.Condo was very clean and well-appointed. It worked well for our family of three adult couples (6 adults total) . Kitchen appears to be newly remodeled and all appliances worked well. We would definitely stay at this location again.
