About this apartment rental
This condo is our family's 'Happy Place.'. You will find the amenities excellent. Our condo is decorated light and airy. The appliances, beds, and furniture are all less then 5 years old. The prior remodel was 9 yrs ago, and the unit remains in great shape and is kept immaculately clean at all times. The property is perfect for families who need a getaway. The amenities are ideal for families with children.
The space
Once you are at Tropical Hideaway you will not want to leave! You will find the kitchen well stocked with all the basics you need. Included are pots, pans, stemware, toaster, coffee maker and coffee, crockpot, blender, griddle, and air popcorn maker. There are laundry facilities on the property are coin operated, so please bring laundry detergent and softener. The best grocery shopping is at HEB in Marbles Falls - a new huge facility that offers curb side pickup for orders placed online.

Host was very responsive and provided a list of pertinent information. Very clean. Lots of toys for the kids but we spent most of our time at the pool and beach. Awesome fire pit for s’mores and kids burning sticks and wrappers. Fishing was fun but we didn’t catch anything. We’ll probably go back.

Great place on the lake with plenty of beds for a larger group. Comfortable and convenient. Easy check in/ out. Good water pressure in shower.

First & Foremost, the hosts were exquisite! Extremely kind & answered our million questions promptly! There is 1 vehicle spot labeled with the unit number for use during stay. Any other vehicles will park in spaces in circular area before unit bldg. Unit is on the 2nd floor, so you will definitely get your steps in if you dont bring a golf cart. Unit is immaculately clean & perfect for a family vacation. Rules & info are located in a binder provided. The local residents are also helpful with any additional questions. They keep the grounds of the condo's manecured to perfection. The unit overlooks the big pool, the beach area, the playground/game area, the grill area, & has a huge shade tree for privacy. All of the other guests & residents were so kind & helpful it really made our time there memorable. Everyone there was so willing to lend a helping hand, smile, or wave! Beach & pool towels are provided in unit, as well as toys for younger guests. The King bedroom & the living room TV's both have access to shows/apps for watching. The Queen bedroom doesn't have show access. It is primarily used as a monitor for a gaming console. Both bedrooms have a trundle bed & their own private bathrooms. Kitchens are equipped with practically everything you'd need besides food. For example: spices, pots/pans, kitchen gadgets, plates, cups, silverware, some condiments & drinks, etc... If you have the "Favor" app they deliver to the location of the unit. Loved it! Will be back! Thanks again!

It was a perfect space for our short family get away. Pool, beach, lake access, fire pit, sand volleyball and shuffle board.
