Everything was great. Good location, big spacious room and nice comfortable bed. Big plus was the shared kitchen.

I highly recommend this place! Very calm area, comfortable, spacy and clear rooms with a fantastic view from the balkoon. Common kitchen is not an inconvenince. Kind people. I couldn't wish for more!

Apart from not sleeping well it is a very good staying option around Feldkirchen!

Peaceful and quiet location! within walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Feldkirchen!

The bed/matress was too soft and well used! I had a terrible sleep waking every few hours to change my sleeping position!

We were there just for 2 night so it was ok for the price we paid. It was clean.

We didn't see the owner. We got the keys in an envelope and left the keys in the room before leaving. We requested for an electric kettle to heat water for our baby, we were told it's available in the kitchen but we didn't find the kitchen and there was no one to show us where it is.

I did not see owners, but phoned with them and they were very helpful. The room was big and clean. Bed was cosy. Neighbourhood was quiet enough though the street was not far away. Had nice panoramic view to the Feldkirchen.

Hotel was not that easy to find in the dark (at the daylight you could see it from the street, but not in the evening). There were no soap (could have been nice to have).

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, schön ruhig. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gross. Wlan hat tadellos funktioniert. Der persönliche Kontakt war sehr nett.

Mir hat nur eine Seife beim Waschbecken gefehlt.

La posizione, la pulizia, l'accoglienza dei ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura, la disponibilità x l'utilizzo della cucina con frigoriferi e stoviglie, le risposte sempre gentili anche prima del nostro arrivo, il panorama dalla terrazza, la comodità dei letti. Da tenere presente per altri concerti in zona! 🎸🎶

Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig.

Der Gastgeber hat sich nicht gemeldet. Er hat mich nicht im Voraus informiert, und bei meiner Ankunft steckte der Zimmerschlüssel in einem Umschlag an der zentralen Eingangstür! Er antwortete am nächsten Morgen nicht auf meinen Brief, ich musste ihn am Nachmittag anrufen. Die Unterkunft ist renoviert, weist aber viele Mängel auf: Im Wohnzimmer brennt nur eine der vier Glühbirnen, die Duschtür fällt leicht ab, die Matratze ist weich, das Bett knarzt, zwei Stuhlbezüge sind zerrissen usw. Auch im Zimmer gab es keine Informationen, z. B. zum WLAN. Neben dem Haus gibt es nachts keine Beleuchtung.

War schon mal da vor ein paar Jahren, da hat alles gepasst. Diesmal war’s eher unerfreulich.

Der Preis. Kühlschrank. Die Lage.

Beim ersten Setzen auf das Bett hat sich eine Latte vom Lattenrost mit einem Knall gelöst. Hab’s repariert, die Kunststoff Lagerung der Latte war sehr zerquetscht. Dürfte also schon öfter passiert sein. Bad: sauber, aber die Türen der Duschkabine waren nicht richtig in die Lagerung eingesetzt. Beim Versuch sie zuzuziehen ist eine Tür komplett rausgefallen und mir auf den großen Zeh. Wieder richtig eingehängt, bleiben sie beim Benutzen trotzdem nicht in ihren Halterungen! Kochgelegenheit: Keine Tasse, kein Glas.

Szép környezet,jó ár/érték arány

A szállás fogadásának fontos szempont volt az ár,s a Wörthersee közelsége. Cserében lemondtam a reggeliről. De így jobb is volt,mert legalább reggel korán tudtam már menni kirándulni. A ház,s a környéke rendezett,tiszta. A kulcs a egy borítékban volt,ami megkönnyítette a bejelentkezést. Ha valaki akar főzőcskézni van egy kis konyha,s természetesen hűtő is a közös helyiségben. A környéken rengeteg a látnivaló,mindenki megtalálja a számítását. Belváros közel,de mégis csendes,nyugodt a hely. Sok bolt van a közelben,így a bevásárlás is egyszerű. Köszönöm! / Danke!
