About this house rental
Perfect home for large groups! 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, with just a short walk to the beach! Open floor plan with spacious living area and newly renovated kitchen. Dining room overlooking natural backyard. Expansive front porch perfect for sundowners and stargazing. Covered screened in porch for those looking to relax on the porch swing. Four Bedrooms and three full baths located upstairs with a door separating the living space from the bedrooms. One bedroom and one bath located downstairs along with spacious living. Indoor spiral staircase. Additional bunk room (1 bunk bed) and bath located downstairs but has not been renovated. Second laundry room located downstairs. The house is located third row from the beach. One block from beach access.
Renovations that were concluded in May 2021 include: added indoor spiral staircase, fully renovated master bath, new paint and carpet in all upstairs bedrooms, refinished hardwood floors in the main living space, fresh painted kitchen cabinets, and brand new countertops.
Bedroom configurations: The upstairs master bedroom has two full beds and its own private bath. Three upstairs bedrooms have twin beds. One of these has access to the screened in porch. There is a full bath in the hallway. Downstairs there is a master bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom has access to the master bath with shower/tub and is also accessible by the main living area. There is also a separate bedroom with a bunkbed that has a single twin on the top and a full at the bottom. A bathroom is attached to this bunk room as well.
Golf carts are the primary means of transportation on Fripp Island. The rental does not come with golf carts, but we will be happy to provide you with the number to rental companies who can deliver carts directly to the home for your stay and convenience.
In order to take advantage of the on-island dining and activities such as tennis and golf, amenity cards are required. Cards can be shared but one card per person per experience will be requested. We can purchase amenity cards on your behalf. The cost of amenity cards is $50 per card per week, or $35 per card for 3 days.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 small grandchildren. It’s a quintessential Fripp house. We rented golf carts (a must on Fripp Island) so riding to the pools was part of the fun. There are several beach access paths right across the street from the house. It’s a bit of a walk on the boardwalk but an easy walk. The porch swing and the outdoor shower were a bonus! The large dining table was nice for our big family dinners where we could all sit together. My only complaint is that the week went by too fast.

This house has a perfect location and was the perfect size for our group. The owners were very communicative throughout the whole booking process and answered all my questions right away. Do not sleep on reserving this property!

Our family had a wonderful time in Fripp and this house accommodated all of our various needs. The house has been beautifully updated especially the kitchen and master bath. Everything was very clean and fresh...plenty of towels and very soft sheets. I loved the layout with the two rooms, bathrooms, and additional living area downstairs to help us spread out some. The extra refrigerator was really handy for our large group. We had four family members staying at a different house on Fripp but we all met here for dinner as the table was able to seat all of us. Plenty of beach chairs and towels were a nice touch so we did not have to bring our own. This house is located so close to the beach, easily within walking distance. The golf carts were such a great benefit as well to help us get around to the pools and marina. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would definately like to stay here again next time.
