About this house rental
View beautiful sunsets on a private sandy beach from this three-level vacation home on beautiful Crystal Lake located between the quaint northern towns of Beulah and Frankfort. Newly decorated, featuring an open concept family room and game room with an additional kitchenette. Play all day and relax at night in one of the 5 bedrooms (11people) with new beds and 3 full bathrooms.
The kitchen (newly remodeled 2023) is well appointed with everything you need to cook family meals. The lower deck is equipped with a Weber gas grill. A washer and dryer are available on the main level, and the house is well supplied with bedding, towels, and beach towels. Each deck has outdoor furniture to enjoy the great views of the glistening water of Crystal Lake.
The beach and amenities--a private sandy beach is equipped with high quality Adirondack chairs, a natural fire pit with firewood on site, a dock, stand up paddle boards , kayaks and a paddleboat are available for you to enjoy.
A variety of cuisine and fun shopping is available nearby. Day experiences could include Sleeping Bear Dunes, Betsie River rafting, the Betsie Valley Trail, Pyramid Point, scenic golf courses, micro breweries and wine tours. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the historic Cherry Bowl drive in theater that is less than a 10 minute drive. In the winter, have fun skiing at nearby Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling on groomed trails ,or ice fishing on the lake!

Wonderful week spent with our multigenerational family. House was exactly as advertised and in a beautiful location. Amenities were robust including water sport toys (e.g. canoes and Lilly pad). Outdoor fire pit was great with ample seating. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Our multi- generation family had a great stay. The home was well equipped to cook, to go to the beach and even had some kids toys for a rainy day. The manager was helpful in every way.

Overall we enjoyed the property and the beach are. A few things could have made it better. The lower level bathtub that appears elevated on a platform needs to have grab bars installed. The clothes dryer does not function properly, even after running the clothes through a second spin cycle. Our group had looked forward to using the grill, but finding it next to the trash cans and looking quite dirty and covered with leaves and bugs we changed our minds. It definitely didn’t look ready for the first renter. S’mores at the fire pit were great.
With all that being said, the house is beautiful and we made some great memories with three young children who will not forget the week.
