Wunderbare Aussicht ins Grüne, ganz ruhig. Parken gleich um die Ecke am Haus. Die Tür zur Wohnung geht direkt in den Garten. Sehr schnuckelig, schon klein, aber das wussten wir. Schönes Bad, diverse Schränke, ausreichend Geschirr etc. Keine Spülmaschine. Die Lüftung hat nicht gestört, am Fenster ist ein Fliegengitter, und man kann auch die Eingangstür offen lassen wenn man zuhause ist.
Das Sofa ist zwar ein Schlafsofa aber nur bedingt geeignet, um tatsächlich darauf zu schlafen, ein Kind vielleicht, ein Erwachsener braucht einen robusten Rücken....

Zweckmäßige, gut eingerichtete, allerdings recht kleine Fewo mit Sitzmöglichkeit im großen Garten. Sehr schönes Bad. Ruhige Lage, Abstellraum für Räder, gute Fahrradwege ins nahegelegene Stade.
Etwas klein, wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer.
