It is located in a restored traditional house officer of the highest comfort level (*****),. EC to 4 persons. Floor up to 6 persons. The southwest-oriented property offering a tranquil and absolute beach-front location, but is the center of Westerland in 10 minutes to reach walk along the promenade. The interior is distinguished by exclusive materials. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating. The bathroom has a tub and a separate shower. In the basement you will find a spa area with a sauna and shower sauna. Each apartment has a private garden with patio. A fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven, and a washing machine in the basement, there are self-evident. Other facilities include laundry dryer, play equipment, sandpit and beach chairs. Enjoy your well earned holiday in functional, exclusive setting on the beautiful island of Sylt.

Wir waren im Januar in der Unterkunft Min Hüs. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich, hell und die Zimmer ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche, ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Sauna mit zwei Relaxliegen, Dusche und Toilette befindet sich im Keller und trägt, gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit, hervorragend zur Entspannung bei, ebenso wie der offene Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem sehr gepflegten Grundstück, ruhig gelegen, ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Über die Strandpromenade kommt man ziemlich schnell in das Zentrum von Westerland, aber auch nach Wenningstedt ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietbüro war freundlich, das Team war stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Unterstützung und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, ruhig und strandnah. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr gut. wir kommen gerne wieder!
