Located in the beautiful community of Sunshine Villas, our corner lot garden condo provides a serene retreat. Access to private pools and spa, tennis and pickle ball courts, as well as biking paths, and nearby golf courses. Less than 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs. Wonderful location and mountain views.

We enjoyed the property very much. The host was very accommodating to us with any questions we had. We would stay there again!

We loved this updated 3 bedroom home for its amenities, location, style and community pools. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the neighbours were kind and friendly. The back patio off the kitchen was our home base for meals, entertaining or simply reading and relaxing day and night. I wish I was still there.

The photos were accurate and the location was convenient for all the Modernism Week and downtown events. We’ll stay again if/when we return to Palm Springs.
