מיקום מעולה למשפחה לטיול ב״גן העדן הצ׳כי״. דקה ממרכז העיירה, בה מגוון מסעדות, בתי קפה, וסתם שדרות חנויות לשיטוט. דקות מסופרמרקטים גדולים (טסקו/לידל/קופמן), וגם דקות מתחנת אוטובוסים מרכזית למקרה שמתניידים בתחב״צ. הדירה נקייה נוחה ומרווחת, המטבח מאובזר. בעלי המקום אדיבים והתקשורת עימם היתה טובה (מעטה ביותר - רק לקבלת מפתח, וגם זה יכל לקרות בremote (יש כספת קוד בה המפתח מחכה)). המקום ביקש תשלום במזומן במטבע המקומי (או יורו), ולא איפשר כרטיס אשראי (לידיעה, פשוט להתארגן בהתאם מראש).
אין משהו שממש לא אהבנו (אולי לא התלהבנו מהמדרגות לדירה, אבל זה ממש זניח). הכל היה מעל למצופה. דירה נוחה. במבחן עלות-תועלת שירתה היטב, אבל צריך לתאם ציפיות. זה לא מלון חמישה כוכבים, וכל מתחם הדירות זה יש בו דירות מרווחות יותר ומרווחות פחות. אז לשים לב בבחירה הדירה.
