Host anticipated guests every need. Pet friendly, fully fenced yard for my dog, covered patio sitting area perfect to enjoy morning coffee. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots & pans and coffee maker. Cottage included washer & dryer, I did not use this service, but nice for longer visits or washing towels. Host very responsive. Will stay here again.
Toilet didn’t flush well. May need to be serviced.

Close to lake, river, Gruene & other fun, but quiet, comfy & pet friendly. What makes this place stand out is the owner, who provides exceptional support for rental experience.
No complaints whatsoever, had trouble with TV but owner quickly came in person & fixed. Great!

This was a very cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood with large yards. It had a comfortable covered porch with seating and a barbecue. The yard was fenced and dog friendly. The property was close to the lake and river and restaurants, yet tucked away.
The bed was comfortable but the microfiber sheets kept popping off the corners of the bed. I thought the pet fee was excessive for a 2 night stay.
