Zentrale Stadtwohnung - direkt am Main, Park-Ausblick

The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious for my family of 3.

The lock was very hard to open and required a lot of force.

Großes Schlafzimmer, große Küche und gute Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung in Bezug auf Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Kleinigkeiten. Es fehlten Basics wie Gemüsebrühe, es gab nur einen Tab für die Spülmaschine Leider ist kein Aufzug vorhanden und damit muss man mit Gepäck Ausdauer haben. Das war uns aber bewusst. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Gegend ist leider grauenvoll. Nur Anwohnerparkplätze und öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe haben eine Höchstparkdauer von 4 Stunden an Werktagen.

Die Lage fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zum Main war sehr gut. Das Bett war bequem.

Die Wohnung war leider nicht so sauber, es lag Staub, das Bad roch etwas, die Küche war nicht sauber, im Bad hin nur eine nackte Glühbirne, in der Küche waren im Leuchter nur 2 Glühbirnen. Insgesamt konnte man in der Wohnung schlafen, aber zum Wohlfühlen war sie nicht.

The bed was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was big.

Upon our arrival we did not receive any check in instructions. The owner of this flat was not prepared and took 10 minutes to actually share how we could enter the flat. The floor was very dusty and dirty, we could only walk there with shoes as the socks got dirty already after the first steps. The bathroom had still many dark hairs lying around. Lastly the edges of the stove in the kitchen were very dirty with remainders from previous cooking.
