Lokalizacja, niby daleko od centrum ale dojazd metrem i tramwaj (ew. pieszo) to niecałe pół godziny czasu. Lokal bardzo dobrze wyposażony, duży i przestronny. Oferta TV skromna ale gdy ktoś ma wykupione subskrypcje to telewizor zapewnia takie opcje. Ogródek przed lokalem to fajna sprawa. Dobra i pouczająca informacja od właściciela odnośnie okien i drzwi na taras. Mam odmienne zdanie od innych opinii dotyczących twardości łóżka w salonie (dla mnie ok).
Za mało krzeseł, zimno w łazience (na ogół zimą w łazience zawsze jest najcieplej, tu odwrotnie), słabo rozwiązany pomysł z prysznicem. Brak małych ręczników w łazience oraz ręcznika papierowego w części kuchennej.
