PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

The room was very clean and exactly as expected. We had a great view and only steps away from the beach. Julie was always available and communication was great.

We had a great time and enjoyed the property. My only concern was the lack of quiet time after 11 or 12 o’clock at night. On the weekend we were woken up several times by either loud cars or motorcycles in the parking deck or from noise from above condos.

Im going to start with the good. Great location. Easy access to beach. Convenient parking. Pet friendly, but no real area for walking your pets. The kitchen was adequate but there was no silverware, we had to go buy some plastic utensils, we left the remainder of the box so the next guest wouldn't have to. The furnishings were adequate but only 3 total chairs, two at dining table and one small sitting chair. A family of four couldn't eat at the table. Someone had to sit on the bed to eat. Now to the bad... The "room" needs updating. The thing that really turned me off was the bed linens. They were frankly gross. The bedspread, pillow shams, decor pillows and thin comforter under decor bedspread were old, completely worn out and heavily stained. We literally had to go Walmart and buy blankets! Luckily we brought a few of our own pillows from home. The sheets were freshly laundered, at least.
The other big issue for me was the knob on the bathroom door. It was installed incorrectly so the door wouldnt shut! That was a problem. No one using the restroom had privacy! I contacted manager and sent a photo and they acted like it was a big surprise. I found that very disingenuous because it clearly had been that way for some time. The knob was not new. The whole room felt damp due to the cheap a/c's. If it had been any hotter, those a/c's would not have cut it. The whole resort was a bit outdated and run down. The lazy river pictured outside the patio, another reason we chose this room, was drained and not available. The indoor pool, water slide and lazy river also a little gross. There was no staff seen and there were dozens of unattended kids and teenagers in the pool, rough housing, blocking the stairs, taking the tubes from the lazy river into the pool and throwing them around. I saw a small child, maybe 5 years old get hit in the head with a big, hard lazy river tube and she was hurt. No adult came to help her. Myself and another guest helped her out of the water. She had a small cut near her eye and she was very upset. We called out... who's child is this? And a teenager came over and said he would take her to her mom who was not there. They need staff in that area!
Luckily there was a heated pool outside as well that wasn't crowded with unattended children.
The price we paid was excessive for this room.
We had a great time. The issues didn't ruin the fun but it would have been great to have nice linens and a bath door that would shut!
