About this house rental
Elevated cottage with a short distance to Ebeltoft town and about 10 minutes on foot to either the golf course or the beach. The cottage has an open kitchen in connection with the dining area, so here everyone can enjoy cooking or playing games. The living room has direct access to the partially covered terrace. There are three bedrooms and an annex. The garden can be used for games and play, so no matter if you need to relax or play with a ball, it is possible. The plot is fenced. There is a barbecue for a cozy barbecue evening. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
