Larger 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ bath upper level Harborage Condominium. You’ll appreciate expansive views of Lake Charlevoix sunsets. Relax on the beautiful private beach after enjoying the tennis courts and golf practice area. Inquire with us about availability for our 32 foot slip at the adjacent exclusive Harborage Marina. Boats, boards and other water rental available at the nearby docks.
Your condo comes well equipped for cooking and grilling though you may prefer to stroll into Boyne City to enjoy the nice options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For children and ‘adult’ kids there are endless opportunities close by. Beyond boating Lake Charlevoix, one of the best lakes in America, there’s opportunities to kayak or canoe nearby rivers, paddle board, swim, bike or hike Avalanche Mountain Preserve. Fall and Springtime bring excellent fly fishing. During winter Boyne Mountain is minutes away for downhill skiing or snowboarding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Beautiful newly expanded living room, new bar & frame TV with renovated main level laundry and half bath. Large dining room with seating for 6-8 with one of the best views in northern Michigan. Leading out to deck with stairway down to water. The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, appliances; truly a chef’s delight. Upper level includes sitting area with queen memory foam sleeper sofa as well as two queen bedrooms (one with a private deck and spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix) and newly renovated bathroom to share.
Our family purchased this home in Boyne City after many years vacationing all across Northern Michigan. We love the natural beauty, as well as the activities with easy access to surrounding small town destinations like Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and others for shopping and restaurants. We enjoy boating, supporting local businesses, music events, festivals and everything outdoor. Seven day minimum stays apply.

As soon as we walked into this beautiful condo, I knew we picked the perfect rental for our winter vacation. The decor was modern, yet very welcoming. Everything we needed to cook at home, relax and have a great family experience was right here. I really hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful condo ~ from the minute you walk in it is a very welcoming, clean, well appointed rental. The owners are very attentive to all the details! Walking to downtown is doable giving you Boyne City at your fingertips. Sunsets were perfect!!The condo is perfect - hope to stay again!Communication between owners and us was quick.
