Posizione comoda sia per centro storico di Galatina (10 minuti a piedi) e per le spiagge/località turistiche nella zona. Posto auto privato in cortile interno. Aria condizionata. Due supermercati vicini a circa 200 metri. Molto spazioso.
Bagno e cucina un po' datati sarebbero da rinnovare. Cucina poco attrezzata (mancanza di padelle, insalatiera e forno a microonde). Assenza di zanzariere. In generale sarebbe necessaria un po' di cura dei dettagli per rendere l'ambiente un po' più accogliente. Pulizia da migliorare soprattutto nella cucina e nei bagni.
