I got a great, new studio which is modern furnished with a large and comfy double bed for a very small price at the end of the ski season. Everything is new and functioning 100%. You get a ton of tv channels and a optical/fast internet connection. Toiletries are available. Although I haven't met the host, he was friendly and easy to communicate with.
I entered a cold room with heating switched off. It needed the whole day to get warm at -5C outside temp. There was no parking at the time of my stay. This was still a construction site at the time of my stay, so you get very little quiet time during the day. There is only one tiny bin in the bathroom - none in the kitchen. No toilet brush.
