La ubicación es muy céntrica y está en una zona muy tranquila! Está bien equipado en la zona de cocina (microondas, nevera), pero hay cosas mejorables (la tostadora ya es vieja) y no había rollos de cocina ni instrucciones para tirar la basura... La dueña es muy dispuesta y atenta, aunque costó un poco lograr la comunicación!!
El apartamento está en un tercer piso sin ascensor, y el edificio es algo viejo (hay que andarse con ojo con los plomos), aunque fresco para el calor que hizo en París esos días!

The owner was cheerful and caring person. She took care to bring us a cooling fan because it was very hot. The location was great.
Everything was very good. Just I would suggest to have more hangers and drawers in bathroom.

Location was good and host was good. Host gave good check-in info and allowed us to check-in early. Host communicated regularly.
Said for 4 people. You better really like each other as the one bed is small and the couch bed is quite uncomfortable. We ended up getting a hotel room nearby bc the bed was small and couch uncomfortable. Some stains on some of the linens. Also, no air conditioning. Room gets hot in late May. Not updated. Not good value for us.

It’s clean, quiet, well lit streets to reach the place if it happens you have to come back late at night.
I think they are not changing the covers of the bed because it was itchy for my skin. I was very uncomfortable for me.
