This spacious 1100 sqft Maple Leaf mother-in-law invites you to relax after a day of exploring Seattle. Newly renovated it offers new flooring, paint, and lighting throughout as well as a full kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare wonderful meals during your stay. Located just North of the heart of the city this suite offers convenient access to the heart of Seattle with just one bus ride from a stop a block away. The private suite accommodates 4 guests with plenty of space to stretch out, and a new 65" smart TV to help you kick back and relax.
There are two security cameras on the property. One points towards the front door and one towards the back door which leads to your unit. The cameras are not actively monitored and are only present to provided footage in case of an emergency or accident.

We had a fine time during our holiday in Seattle. We visited with my son and his family who live five minutes away in the Maple Leaf neighborhood.The apartment is spacious and clean. There are two nice size bedrooms, tho we only used one, and our bedroom had a large walk in closet. This is a basement apartment, accessible around the back, but it’s always well lit, and the apartment is a walk out, so you don’t get that basement feeling.The kitchen is brand new, but the bathroom needs some work, tho it was clean as was the whole place. The neighborhood is not grand, tho it seemed quite safe, and the street is busy, so it’s a bit tricky pulling into the parking place. Nonetheless we had a lovely time at a very nice place!

We arrived to a unit that was very adequately cleaned and had all the necessities. I will note that parking and leaving can be a little tight and tricky to pull out of, although this is so in much of Seattle. The host let me putter about in the back garden which added to my enjoyment of the home. Anyone renting this unit does need to know that there are tenants upstairs; they are not very light-footed and are up and active much of the night until about 3:30a.m. This didn’t bother me particularly, but another person in our group had issues with it the first couple of nights, then seemed to settle in. The laundry facility is shared, but the door locks securely on the downstairs unit’s side. We would certainly stay here again if we find ourselves back in Seattle in the future!
