3-room apartment with a view of Oasis (Rose) above Georgioupolis

We’re renting out our cozy, newly renovated 3-room apartment in Exopoli, Crete (2.5 km above Georgioupolis). The airport in Chania is about a 40-minute drive away, and the airport in Heraklion is about a 90-minute drive away. You’ll enjoy a stunning view from our spacious terrace overlooking Georgioupolis Bay and the mountains in the hinterland. You can relax in the lounge area or in the hanging swing. The apartment itself is 49 m² and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living/dining room. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The living/dining area features a built-in kitchen and a dishwasher. We also had a high-quality water filtration system installed in 2024. This allows you to get the purest drinking water straight from the kitchen faucet. This saves you the hassle of lugging around plastic bottles and helps protect the environment and the climate. For children, a crib, a high chair, water wings, a baby swim ring, and a swing are available. All rooms have air conditioning. A parking space is available directly in front of the apartment and is marked.
For all barbecue enthusiasts, a 3-burner gas grill is available. Down in Georgioupolis, the butcher shop offers fresh meat daily.

Our apartment is part of a vacation complex with about 40 apartments that has a private communal pool. The pool is located above our apartment. The lounge chairs and umbrellas are free of charge, as is the Wi-Fi network. The apartment is located in the first, lowest row of the vacation complex.

The price includes final cleaning, towel changes every five days, and cleaning of the floors and bathroom.

Georgioupolis is known for its fine sandy beach and shallow, crystal-clear sea. It is situated in a beautiful bay along the island’s longest sandy beach. Here you’ll find shopping options, pharmacies, and numerous taverns serving traditional Cretan cuisine.

The Greek government has adjusted the climate tax for rented apartments and hotels (Room Tax). For our apartment, this means a fee of 8€ per day for you. This fee is not included in the rental price and will be collected by us in cash upon arrival and remitted to the appropriate authorities.
