We came in from from Oregon for the birth of our grandbaby. Andrea was wonderful to work with! We had family come in at different times through out our stay to meet the baby and the home worked well for everyone. The home is spacious but not too large. The pool area is clean and has everything we could want. The kitchen is well stocked as well as the hall closet in case we forgot any toiletries. The neighborhood is nice and I felt safe to do my solo mornin walk each morning. The neighbors were all super friendly and said hello as I walked past. We will stay again should we have the need!

This home was excellent. Had all necessities needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. WiFi was perfect to work and play at home as well. Pool is amazing and love all of the pool toys for the kids. Spent many night using the fire pit and viewing the stars. Garage parking also a plus. Plenty of space for our family of 5, but could easily accommodate a few more people. Neighborhood felt safe and very quiet, we even enjoyed trick or treating with the kids on Halloween. Home is close to parks and the major shopping strip in Maricopa. It’s also the 1st neighborhood as you enter the city, so very easy commute to Chandler and Phoenix greater area as needed. While here, we took a road trip to San Diego which only took us just over 4 hours, as the street just outside the neighborhood is a direct route to I-8 with no city traffic.Host is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend as the top place to stay in the area. Recommend visiting the Sonora Hotdogs Quesabirrias food truck a few miles away for excellent Norris tacos as well.

The house was just what we were looking for. Very comfortable, clean, and well supplied. It had everything we needed. Only minutes from John Wayne drive where all the stores are. Pool was nice and so was the backyard. Andrea the host was very helpfull.
