櫃檯人員服務不錯 不用出國也非常有渡假感
第一次住到熱水用完就沒了的房間 要等到隔天早上才有熱水 當天晚上洗了冷水澡🙂

環境 床都很舒適～ 冬季泳池 雖然沒人使用 但是還是保持得非常乾淨看起來就很舒服～ 早餐也精心準備 餐廳的View超級棒～ 少見東岸的接待人員素質很好 感覺雖然隨性 但親切又不會裝熟過頭 整體不會比精品飯店服務人員差～ 很適合想放空的渡假群組～
坦白說 沒有～🤣 倒想建議 早餐咖啡杯， 如果能夠換成瓷器餐具的話整體會更優⋯

房間設施不錯，室內浴池不錯，戶外泳池很乾淨可游
早餐性價比不高，以這種四千多高價位不該用房客少這種理由只提供套餐而取消原本自助吧，因為套餐中仍有一些菜是不喜歡吃的整份留下， 而喜歡吃的吃完就沒了，造成想吃的吃不夠而不想吃的通通留下，為省營運成本反而給房客不好印象，尤其早餐出餐遲到更是大忌，八點半的早餐時間拖到快九點才出餐雖然房客嘴巴不會說什麼但心中已經差評，房間設施雖然不錯但攸關早餐這種吃飯胃口的事顯得不夠注重，令人在心中扣分很多，能照顧好少數客人才能贏得口碑，少數都能照顧才能讓人感受用心，如果不是這種高房價其實對早餐也不會這麼不滿，高房價房客的要求相對也會高…..
