Great communication.

Location. Nice new kitchen. Great shuttle to and from town in the evenings. Ski bus outside too, if you need it. Property company excellent.

Heating control poor. Sofa was poor. No bin. Jacuzzi and outdoor pool quite cold compared to previous visits. Corridors and boot room cold too. Bathroom light broken and kept flickering when on.

Overall a comfortable stay.

Quick and easy to reach from Geneva airport. Excellent selection of runs for different abilities. Easy to get to with ski in and out, although took us a while to realise that you needed to ski through the previous hotel in order to reach ours. This hotel also had a Spar, so very helpful for picking up a few dinner items on the way back. We were lucky with sunny and warm weather in the half term break. Lift queues could get quite long (it was half term) and some slopes were slushy or hard ice and difficult to ski whilst being unavoidable routes back. Green slopes could get quite busy and it was often easier to ski the wide open reds that were often far less busy.

Whilst the kitchen area had all the amenities, it was very small and not easy to prepare food in. Furniture was dated, not comfortable and made the small space feel even more cramped. Beds however were fine and we slept well.

5 stars of Pierre & Vacances was a disappointment. The price we paid was totally not justified.

Easy commute by bus from the residence to the main ski area; ski in and out; sufficiently equipped kitchen; the host was responsive

The facilitates and furnitures were worn down, the cleaning was done so so, the washing machine is public and paid service, and the counter space of the kitchen was very small. The most annoying was that the kids' bathroom's shower didn't work properly, we were not able to use it, but had to queue for the parents' bathroom. We understood that it's always like this.

it had everything you needed from a coffee maker to mixing bowls

a bit more counter space but other than that it was perfect
