We came here as a group by work. The stay was okay.

I liked the view and the balcony that our apartment had. Keybox availability so you can come whenever you want. Ensured parking space.

When we came we had only one toilet paper in bathroom available, there was no soap in the bathroom and the apartment wasn’t very clean. Some of the dishes were dirty from the previous guests (like Mocha for coffe)

Taras, choć mało zadbany; podwórko, czysta pościel, kontakt z obsługą.

Apartament jest nieco zaniedbany, duszny i ciemny, ale najbardziej przeszkadzało mi to, że nie był zbyt czysty. Listwy przy blacie oklejone były starym tłuszczem, brudna lodówka, zagrzybiała kabina prysznicowa, odór z odpływu w kabinie. Do tego słabe wyposażenie kuchni, brak garnka czy mikrofali, oraz podstawowych środków czystości, takich jak worki na śmieci czy jedna kostka do zmywarki. Firma szybko zaproponowała przeniesienie dając możliwość wyboru mieszkania. Wybraliśmy opcje z ogrodem ze względu na dwójkę małych dzieci. Apartment nazywał się Ricomilla w Salo i miał to być apartament rodzinny. Był bardzo czysty, klimatyzowany, nowy. Niestety z opcji rodzinnej była tylko trzeszcząca, niewygodna kanapa dla dzieci i poducha typu sakwa. Otrzymaliśmy informację, że możemy korzystać z ogrodu, jednak gdy dzieci kąpały się w basenie przyszła właścicielka i zaczęła na nas krzyczeć, że to jej basen i wygoniła nas nie dając możliwości wyjaśnienia sytuacji. Moje dzieci były bardzo przestraszone. Trampolina, która była na zdjęciach znajdowała się pod oknem jej apartamentu, i jednocześnie przy stole przy którym często rodzinnie jedli posiłki. Tak też nie było już nastroju ani przestrzeni, by moje dzieci mogły się tam bawić. Pobyt tam był mało komfortowy.
