This was our first time in the Outerbanks. My parents are both dying and have mobility issues. We booked this house for our last family vacation because of the elevator. It is small, but it did the job. We weren't able to get them to the beach via the deck/stairs. We had to go to the public beach access, but that's fine because it's only a few houses down. The house was huge! The views were great and centrally located to everything you may want do in the Outerbanks. The only issue was when we asked for an extended check out time, the door code reset and we had to climb through one of the windows to get inside to collect our belongings. I wish we could have stayed was nice to pretend like things were normal for a while.

Everyone at Beach Realty is helpful and patient with all my questions. It would be nice to have a small table with chairs in the living room. It used to have one and we played many games on it. Our family loves to play games in the evenings.

The views were absolutely spectacular - house could use some TLC - some issues arose but they were quick to respond - frustrated with difficulty accessing beach.
