About this farm stay rental
Master bedroom, king size bed, with dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Twin bedded room with single room off and en-suite shower room. Ground floor predominantly open plan with hall/dining room, lounge with TV, DVD, stereo, separate sitting room with sofa bed. FREE WiFI. Cloakroom and coats area. High chair and travel cot available. Fully fitted kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and all equipment necessary including lots of china, glass and cutlery. Automatic washing machine in boiler room outside shared with other property on the site. Outside line for drying. Sun terrace accessed from sitting room and private garden.

La Fermette is a charming old farmhouse in a nice quiet village. We used it as a central base to tour WW1 sites up to Ypres in Belgium and down to Arras and the Somme area. We also had a lovely couple of trips to the coast.
The house is spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
We went out a lot because we were very lucky and had a lovely sunny week in the middle of September.
Jo responded quickly when we had a small problem with the heating and it was soon resolved.

Enjoyable stay in Rimboval. The property is great for some quality family time and we have young children who loved the bedrooms. The hosts Ian and Carole are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. There’s also a good amount of activities to keep the children entertained within a short drive (theme parks, high ropes and the beach areas around Le Touquet were regular fixtures) but we liked the contrast of staying in a rural setting.

Had a lovely week cycling out of Rimboval. Nice rolling hills and quiet roads, which are perfect for bike riding. Rimboval itself is small, rural and very quiet, which is just what we wanted. Short, easy drives to shops and restaurants. To quote my 25 year old son, we really lucked out with the accommodation. La Fermette was a great base for us. A really nice feel to the place. Plenty of room. Everything we needed on site. Comfy beds. Meals outside listening to birds singing. It's a perfect place to relax. The only thing to note is the TV signal is poor on HD channels, but as we were not there to watch TV it was not a problem. Carole is very helpful and informative as a host. We were all very pleased with every aspect of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a puppy with us, that could run through the huge garden which was good fun for us all. The house is cosy and has a fireplace... its really big enough for three kids and two parents. Better than the pictures show you! Our kids loved the house. It was really enjoyable, great if you are looking for a relaxing stay with the family we think.
