About this house rental
Fully equipped, single-story equestrian cottage for 2 to 5 people or families with children
It is located on a 3.5-hectare equestrian property surrounded by lush greenery; there are many hiking trails starting right from the cottage (GR211 at the end of the road). The ocean is a 15-minute drive away (Veulettes-sur-Mer)
The cottage is a recently built, modern structure adjoining the main house, a traditional regional farmhouse built of brick and flint. The cottage’s garden is private
All appliances are new (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, television, etc.). Wi-Fi available.
The 22 m² bedroom features a 140 × 190 bed and ample storage space; a single bed can be provided upon request.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and lounge (with a sofa bed) featuring a large picture window that leads to the patio.
Outdoor furniture, including lounge chairs, is available.
You’ll also find everything you need for a baby (travel crib, high chair, stroller, bottle warmer, baby bathtub, etc.).
On-site, there are many animals (horses, a donkey, cats, chickens, a small dog, etc.) that will delight the children.
Small dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
A security deposit of €350 will be required upon arrival.
Linens are provided at no extra charge (towels, sheets).
Check-in and check-out times will be arranged at the time of booking.
Minimum 2-night stay outside of the school year.
Your horse is welcome; there is a paddock right next to the cottage, and you have access to the stable facilities (riding arena, grooming area, shower, etc.). There are many trails to explore.

Das Haus liegt super idyllisch nahe (ca. 2km) der Stadt. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Die Straße zum Haus ist eine Sackgasse und wird daher kaum befahren und grenzt an einen kleinen Wald. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zurückhaltend. Die Tiere (Hühner, Katze, Pferde, Esel, Schafe, Kühe) in der Umgebung haben uns allen viel Freude bereitet. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
