Ayla Studio House I Seaside Cosy and Modern

A fantastic place to stay, not far from the beach. Fully air-conditioned and in a quiet location. The accommodation offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the large rooftop terrace, which we used every evening. We stayed for a week. The owner, Kathleen, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A very good restaurant, Top Five, is also nearby. It offers excellent cuisine at reasonable prices. We felt very comfortable here. Thank you to Kathleen for the excellent service.

I can't find any negative points. Everything was perfect.

The property is clean and modern with everything (and more!) you need. The roof terrace is an added bonus!

For us, this was a perfect base to explore Malta.

This apartment is a gem! It is real Malta! The host is incredible - so helpful and so nice. We would love to stay there for an extended period if we're ever fortunate enough to return to Malta. Being just a block or two away from the beach was fantastic. We walked the promenade every day. You can easily walk to the Borg-in-Nadur complex or to Marsaxlokk and there are convenience stores and restaurants very close by with larger groceries a short walk away. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, including a beautiful kitchen with a washing machine and a roof terrace off the bedroom. It was spotlessly clean with very high quality materials and great design throughout. Thank you, Kathleen, for everything!

We loved our stay here with nothing that we didn't like but if we had to find one thing, it would be that the sofa in the living area isn't super comfortable but even so, I would still stay there again in a heartbeat.
